I arrived on time for my appointment and was told to have a seat-the Dr will be with you shortly. After 20 minutes I heard an office staff person on the phone saying" he is not here he will be about 45 minutes late". I asked are you talking about Dr.XXXXX and she said yes. I left as I did not have time to wait another 45 minutes. Over the next 3 weeks I called 4 times about pain in my leg and asked for the Dr to call me. He never did. When I missed my next appointment they put a $30 no show fee on my account.
