Rude, wont listen to anything you have to say.. Said nothing was wrong with me only later to be diagnosed with a serious condition in my pregnancy. Stay clear from this "doctor"
This "healthcare provider" is not only lacking but rude. I presented twice to her with complaints of severe pelvic pain. She said nothing was wrong with me. When finally diagnosed by another doctor, I was found to have a serious condition that required a renal bypass to correct. I ordered a copy of HER ultrasound report to see for myself. The report clearly showed evidence of my condition. When I asked Dr. Agnello why I wasn't informed, she claimed many women have this without pain, yet I came to see her IN pain. She was rude, unapologetic and actually defiant. I could never ever IMAGINE trusting her with the life of a baby. I seriously do not know how anyone else could. Please stay away from this "healthcare provider".
I love Dr. Agnello. I appreciate her personal warmth paired with a tell it like it is attitude. I have always felt well-cared for by her. I went to her as a young woman and she provided great care and I felt so comfortable with her through my pregnancies and deliveries. Wait times can be a little long on occasion but this is because she is a one woman show and spends time talking with her patients which I think develops a trusting relationship. I would recommend her to anyone.
I would give them more stars if they weren't so damn hard to reach. I seriously have been calling three times a month for the past 4 months trying to get checked and they always have an excuse as to why they can't see me. Either she's delivering, she has the flu, etc etc. I tried to explain my fustration to the woman over the phone and she said something like, "well, im sure she didnt arrange getting the flu." Attitude much? Look I really don't mean to be rude but it's just frustrating because I actually like Agnello as a Doctor but if this is how they want to be then, I'm good off that.
Dr. Agnello and her staff are super friendly and very professional. The office is very clean. I have always felt very comfortable with her. I have been a patient of hers for 12 years, she delivered my daughter. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
