I am really not happy with their service. I called them several times and waited for two weeks to get a quote fixing my water pump. After I knew the price, I DID NOT accept their quote and Steve did not give the exact date and time that they are coming. All he said was some time next week. I lost the hope for them to come and we fixed the wate pump ourselves. Four days later, someone from Atlantic Water Garden called me and said he came to my house and checked on my fish pond and the water pump. Excuse me, did someone called me before they came to check on my property? Did they have my permission to enter my property before they entered? They evaded in my property and billed me two weeks after. When I called to explain the situation, Joanne was very rude in talking to me and hang up on me. I really do not recommend them because of bad manner, bad customer service, slow in response, and unprofessional way to do business.
I REALLY DO NOT WANT TO GIVE THEM ONE STAR, BUT I HAVE TO BECAUSE IT IS THE ONLY WAY THIS REVIEW WILL SHOW ONLINE.
