It was an excellent experience! Brittany was wonderful! I was going to get a storage place closer to where I reside but I am super glad that I didn't. She was very helpful and patient. I highly recommend this place. It is kept clean and the facility is convenient to access. If I could I would rate it more than just 5 stars!

I returned to this storage facility specifically because of the welcoming, accomodating, and knowledgeable staff. I was particularly impressed with Brittany. She patiently answered all my questions which greatly lessened the stress of moving, including helping to find a moving company, all within a couple of weeks. The facility is clean, and accessible 24/7 so I was able to bring items at my convenience. The outside of the building is well lit, and gated for customers protection.
