I really love this fitness studio! The coaches are fantastic and every single workout is different. The staff is friendly, the gym is immaculate.
The coaches motivate me to keep going. I know that if I were just working out on my own I wouldn't push myself. I also love the heart rate monitors and the live screen showing where I'm at. It keeps me accountable for how hard I work.
Classes are only an hour but you get so much work done in that time! It's the most valuable hour of my day. I also love that every day the workouts are different. The trainers are great and helpful. Coach George is my personal favorite. He plays awesome music and is very motivational. The front desk crew always remembers my name when I come in and I love that. It's also very clean ,and I love that classes are conviniently scheduled.
The coaches truly pay attention to ensure you are doing things correctly and are always there to help you modify moves. Lastly, this is a positive environment, no judgement! I have worked out next to people of all ages , and levels of fitness and I think that’s what sets this experience aside from many other gyms!
I can not say enough great things about OT! It's been a long time since I have felt this motivated and excited about doing a workout. Dom is a fantastic trainer - he is great about making corrections on form and he keeps the class fun and high in energy. I absolutely recommend Orangetheory Fitness!!
Orangetheory is a great experience. The coaches at the Denville location are very motivating and invested in you doing well. The format is great for those that need the motivation and change up of the class setting. No two classes have been the same since I started in August. If you need motivation and a "push" to get to the gym and get a good workout in, this is the place for you.
