And on top of these, driving the car after oil change within 4 miles the check engine light comes on. Obviously, I will not go back there.
Poor customer service. I was told 1hr for four new tires. 3.5 hours later. Thanks Arthur for wasting my time.
Tow truck driver took our car with flat tire there. We were out of there in only 2 hours with professional polite service.
I have consistently received high quality service at this location.
They FORGOT to mention that this comes at $21.99 plus tax. Even worse, they actually did NOT perform the inspection, as they did not find the brake pad problem, I had.
On another visit, I had 2 loose bolts on my tires because the last people to service my vehicle did not tighten them all the way. Firestone tightened the bolts at no charge.

Your standard oil change will come with a Complete Vehicle Inspection package. Sounds right? Wrong.
I've visited here once to get the inspection done for my car. It was a rainy & early hours of store. They were quick & generous. Good staffs.
Had a slow leak in my tire. They found a nail, but it had not penetrated the tire. At that point, they asked me for more information and kept looking for the root cause, which ended up being a little rust on the rim. I'm glad they didn't just see a nail and send me on my way, which they could have easily done. They kept investigating and fixed the issue.
Of course, they did not give out any inspection report that you usually get at other places.
