Purchased my Acura from Jordan a little over of a month ago and have no complaints! The entire group including Mark and Mike were extraordinarily helpful and truly made my first car purchase seamless. The showroom was so clean, I would probably eat lunch off the floor if I wanted to. Great experience overall, must go if you are looking for superior customer service and excellent diverse set of vehicles to choose from.
I leased my first Acura this week from Steve and had the best experience with him and his staff!! He was instantly welcoming and accommodating the minute my dad and I walked in. Very knowledgeable on the cars and made me feel very comfortable on the test drive. I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman and am so grateful for all he did to get me set up. what makes one dealership different then another? The Staff. They treated us with respect from the time we called them , through the buying process and even now when we stop by for service or to say hi. Our Sales Women, Meghan Pakenham was tremendous as she was honest the entire time with us. We appreciate her and the rest of the staff. I will never buy from another dealer again. Thank you
