We've never gone back and never will unless someone can tell me the terrible girls at the register were terminated!
I'd love to review their receipts, I'm sure business is NOT thriving.
Similar experiences to other users. Found staff to be horrible and rude. The man who seems to be always there running around (assuming the manager) is so horrible to customers, myself included. Has a very nasty attitude and isnt helpful at all. No wonder the rest of the staff, especially the girl behind the deli (always has hair up) is the same way. Seems no one cares. Came here last week out of being desperate for a sandwich and some fresh bread for dinner and just ended up leaving without my items. Waited for my food for over 15 minutes no one seemed to be making it just standing around talking and when i asked wheres my food i got such an attitude from that man who was behind the register. I decided to just leave my bread and walked out. Not worth it. Its a shame. Pretty store good concept, lack of good customer service.
Both she and one young man stood there and stared at me with no offer of here's a basket, or leave it there this time -nothing. I looked around and I was the only person in the building. I picked all the bags up and brought them back to the shelves they came from and walked out just uttering unbelievable!
Wonderful place for anything Italian. Great staff is always friendly and helpful.
Been coming here for years to get items for the holidays with no problems. This year however cant say the same. Placed a bread order weeks in advance for Thanksgiving. Went in that morning to pick up my order and they had no clue what i was talking about. Instead of trying to help me and resolve the issue, the manager decided it was appropriate to argue with me and try and make it seem like I was wrong and never placed the order. After 10 minutes of dealing with his attitude and sarcastic rude tone I decided to just leave without anything. Upset to say I ll never be returning unless they get more organized and learn how to treat their customers. Have to find somewhere new to purchase my bread now for Christmas. Very upsetting because I love their stuff. Its a shame.
We usually go there every other week plus extra for all holidays. Our annual spend is considerable.

Awesome catering job for my daughter's wedding. The food was exceptional. I also hired 2 servers who took care of everything from setup to cleanup. Received many compliments on the food, everything was cooked to perfection. From appetizers to dessert.
At the deli's I go to I sometimes pick up too much in my hands so I place some on the counter or near the register. We always spend 100.00 plus when we stop in so I consider myself an ok customer.
I've been in retail business since 1977, I've never received service so bad and so stupid.
I did not get a basket and didn't think I was getting much this trip but, as I passed the pasta, I decided to grab a bunch. As I walked around the plastic bags started slipping so I walked to the counter and placed the pasta on it, the cashier watched me place it and then told me if I'm not ready to make a purchase I have to remove everything she watched me put on the counter, and get a basket.
...someone did a goog job and opened a fun small location with a good selection of prepared food but, management has placed fools at the most important customer interaction point, the checkout.
